All right it's under fourteen days into our brand new year and I've gradually gotten started off on my resolutions. My plans this year are to lose 20 pounds and also to finish a triathlon, fortunately the two go hand in hand. I have been exercising quite a bit recently and I've noticed that the body weight does not come off as easy as previously because I've turned 33.
At this point my workout routine has been primarily walking, swimming, as well as on those days when I don't have enough time I do cardio exercise as well as strength training at the gym. The triathlon is this summer so as the days progress I will slowly extend my workout sessions which will incorporate a one mile swim, a six mile jog, and then to top all of it off a twenty-five mile cycle trip to Hanauma Bay.
In terms of my eating habits, that can use a little improvement. I realize the best way to diet I simply can't seem to have the time to prepare my meals. Starting Friday I will start eating half a dozen tiny dishes each day and also supplement these with shakes as well as wheatgrass shots because of the wheatgrass juicer I acquired for the holiday season.
